The Talent Development Unit is in charge of managing and implementing intervention and enhancement programs. These programs include courses, workshops and training as well as impact assessment which include Generic / Functional Training, General Leadership, Functional Leadership and Long-term courses.

 

The implementation of these training will be evaluated with the Training Effectiveness Evaluation Form. This evaluation aims to ensure that every training conducted has significant impacts to university.
